I thought about rewriting it to add more humor with stuff like "Thulsa fired me!" or making Miracle Max into Mongolian Max.  I also thought about spinning something off the king's son like an argument on the king only having a daughter or griping about having a hut in the middle of nowhere.  Unfortunately with my potential rewrite jokes, it became too far removed from Princess Bride for the double parody to stick.

I guess I'm kind of aching to make my own screen cap comic but the tech side is getting me.

Thanks for the comment!

From what I've read, it is nearly a direct quote for Ghengis Khan.  In fact, there's some discussions on how some of the film seems derived, if not inspired, from Ghengis' life.

The one project I'm considering trying for a bit is Lightning Made of Owls, a user created web comic.  It sounds really interesting, and I have some oddball ideas for comics for it.

What chapter is best in this strip?

This one.

Good job honoring my favorite line of the movie (I believe Genghis Khan said something similar in real life, though his was less PG)

I actually do have two little jokes about the death of Thulsa Doom.  It's not "canon," but still interesting.  One's about a D&D interpretation of the end, another is a more psychological look at the ending.

I was kind of hoping for a chapter that explains why Thulsa didn't fight back and just let Conan walk up and kill him, though I guess it was quite graphic.

On an even more somber note, many cult leaders when cornered, lead their flocks to self destruct so that they don't fall alone.

You asked for ideas...

Fast Times at Ridgemont High, the RPG

Okay, it's a stretch.  I was completely blown away by your adaptation of Conan - I think you could pull off FTaRH.

Peace and love, Toothless

I actually did think about mentioning this, or the actual d100 that came out in the late 1980s ('88 was when I first heard of it).

Also, for those who don't know such things, rolling a percentile means rolling two ten-sided dice of different colors, calling one of them the "tens" and the other the "ones" (two zeros is considered a 100). Michael (who is playing Subotai) refers to the red die as being the "tens."

Unless you have a d100 or a d10 that has 10,20,30,...,00 on it.
