I've watched Conan several times but I never realized the irony of luring the bad guys using the princess as bait.  Excellent job pointing out the reverse trope!

It's a story twist.  The line "Twisty little passages, all alike" comes from Zork, when describing the maze.

A bit of a stretch, I know.
